Summit Consulting Services, Inc. has offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and just south of Tok. We offer professional civil design and construction management services, primarily for rural Alaska community improvement projects. We have also expanded since 2003 in the development of civil design work in Alaska's urban areas, especially in the interior region of the state.
Summit offers competitive wage and benefit employment terms. Employees are typically hired on a salary basis. The standard package for a full time permanent employee includes the following baseline components:

Summit places greatest emphasis on high level client services with a personal touch. Currently we have roughly 12 full-time employees. This comfortable group size fosters a family atmosphere that cannot be offered by larger companies. Additionally, our rural client base allows us to offer diversity and unique assignment challenges to our staff.
In addition to office personnel, we facilitate seasonal placement of construction superintendents and specialty trades foremen at our project sites. We provide oversight of their work during the construction season, and while most of these workers are not directly employed by our company, they too are an integral part of the Summit team.
