The cornerstone of the company's experience starts with Dave Cramer, president, who has lived and worked in rural Alaska for 30 years. Dave has brought together a talented team of individuals who work together to take construction projects from concept to completion.

Summit Consulting Services has completed many force account projects in cooperation with Village Safe Water and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC). On these projects the local entity (village, city, or tribal organization) is the project owner and Summit manages the construction which includes procuring the equipment and materials, transporting them to the community, providing a superintendent, supporting and documenting the construction, and accounting for all project funds.
