Summit Consulting Services has a solid and extensive history of successful rural force account sanitation improvement project design and construction management. We manage projects in all regions of the state. Our staff professionals have attained valuable knowledge of the geographic, climatic, cultural and social characteristics of the villages in every unique region.

Summit's founder and president, David Cramer, has an extensive professional management history in a wide range of Alaska construction projects. David is a 34-year rural Alaska resident with 27 years of experience in estimating, bidding, building and managing projects in Alaskan communities. In addition, Summit's staff includes four engineers, two design technicians, an environmental scientist, two construction managers, and seven construction superintendents.
