Summit Consulting Services has a solid history of successful rural force account sanitation improvement project design and construction management. We manage projects in all regions of the state. Our staff professionals have valuable knowledge of the geographic, climatic, cultural and social characteristics of the villages in every unique region.

Summit's founder and president, David Cramer, has an extensive professional management history in a wide range of Alaska construction projects. Dave is a 36-year rural Alaska resident with 30 years of experience in estimating, bidding, building and managing projects in Alaskan communities. Summit's staff includes two engineers, two design technicians, two construction managers, and seven construction superintendents.
